Sterile Air Supplies

WARNING TO ALL MEDICAL TUBING PRODUCERS!

Gas chromatography tests have shown that no amount of filtering can remove contaminants from a typical plant compressed air supply! Standard compressors introduce oil into the air stream. It is in the form of a vapor and passes through filters as easily as the air and then condenses in or on the product.
Check your clean room:

Is your tubing internal air supplied from a regulator operating off the plant air supply? If it is you are contaminating your tubing!
Is your air wipe, which removes water from the outside of the tube, using filtered air from the plant air supply? If it does, you are contaminating your tubing!
Are you blowing your tubes off of a conveyor with a filtered air supply operating from the plant air supply? If you are you are contaminating your tubing!

What's the point of going to all the trouble of setting up a high class, sterile clean room facility, if you are going to contaminate the tubing by blowing contaminated air over or inside it??

HARREL AIR SUPPLIES

All Harrel air supplies are completely sterile. The air is taken from your clean room by an oil-less, particle-free compressor. The air you put inside and outside your tubing will be as sterile as the air in the clean room!!

SINGLE ZONE AIR SYSTEMS

For 1-3 lumen applications it is most economical to use a single zone air supply.
Air taken from clean room, so air in interior of tube is as sterile as air outside, in the clean room.
Air pressure is electronically regulated to a level set by a control signal you supply or manually set on a front panel 10-turn adjustment potentiometer.
Storage tank smooths pulsations from compressor.
Large, 4 1/2" meter indicates pressure level, for the convenience of the operator.

MULTIZONE AIR SUPPLIES FOR MULTI-LUMEN TUBING

1 - 12 individually controlled air supplies in a single cabinet. Air is taken from clean room, so air inside tubing is as clean as the clean room air.
All zones electronically regulated to levels set by individual control signals.
Solenoid switching for selection of banks for bump tubing or for selection of individual zones.
Large, 4 1/2" meter indicates pressure in each zone for convenience of operator.

STERILE AIR FOR AIR WIPE

Multistage, oilless, particle-less compressor takes air from clean room, so the air blown over the outside of the tube is just as sterile as the air in the clean room.
No source of oil or other contaminants.
Delrin guide block channels air and guides tubing.
Easy mounting to end of water trough for removal of water on tubing.
