- All zones are PID action with alarms and auto-tuning.
- Sensors are type J thermocouples. Platinum RTD on special order.
- Bimetallic barrel with Xaloy 102 liner
- Colmonoy 56 flights on screw
- Motor drives variable are frequency sensorless vector type with a-c line filtering
- Digital panel meters monitor screw RPM and motor current
- Heavy duty Koellmann gear reducer
- Extruder throat is water cooled;solenoid valve turns water off when machine is off.
- Head pressure indicator, including latching high pressure alarm.
- Includes safety blow-out plug and breaker plate White paint and right-to-left standard. Other choices available
