- FULL MONITORING, CONTROL, AND SQC FOR ALL EXTRUSION LINES IN THE PLANT. Full capabilities for Harrel lines, and as much as can be made available through external adapters for lines of other manufacturers.
- SATELLITE CONTROL AND MONITORING POINTS -- As many satellite control stations as desired may be added through new or existing PC's -- on the Plant Manager's desk, the QC department, the Engineering department, Maintenance, etc. Each satellite station has available all the facilities of the system!
- FULL STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL capabilites:
- Histograms to verify that the data is following the "normal" distribution pattern.
- Control charts for X-bar and Sigma -- of any desired quality characteristic of the product.
- Summary statistics: Basic Deming X-bar and Sigma for the product. Also Cpk and other quality measures.
- THE HARREL "TIME MACHINE" gives continuous plots of any 30 parameters of the line for the past 7 days -- invaluable for troubleshooting. Just like being able to turn the clock back to the period you want to study.
- "RUN SHEETS" record all parameters, including trims, required to produce a given product. May be either printed out or recorded on a floppy disk. This offers unlimited storage capability of run data for your products.
- STATUS REPORTS -- A snapshot of the operating parameters, trims, set points,etc., currently being used.
- REMOTE CONTROL OF THE LINE -- Any control parameter on any line may be monitored and/or modified, provided only that it is not locked out at the line, or by the security system.

CP-603 SQC MODULE FOR A SINGLE LINE
THE CC-603 SQC Module provides most of the capabilities of the CC-620, but only for a single line.
- Mounted in a convenient roll-around cabinet.
- CRT face is protected from damage as much as possible by being recessed in the cabinet.
- Dot matrix printer pvovides capability for multiple copies. Color inkjet is available if multiple copies not needed.
